I had such a great time capturing memories at the pumpkin patch this year. I am so grateful for the families that chose to come out and share in the fun! A great time was had by all and I can’t wait to do it again next year. Karoline and Karter met me at the pumpkin patch too and proved that even “big” kids can have a little fun with the pumpkins too. Here are some of my favorite to share.
I had to change the date to the next day Sunday. I updated the information below!
I am opening an afternoon on Sunday November 25th for Christmas Mini Sessions at the tree farm. This will be a styled mini session with the theme “The Night Before Christmas”. A picnic in the Christmas trees with milk and cookies! It would even be fun to have your little loves in their Christmas pajamas. Contact me at email@example.com for available times. This location even has a ton of more fun that can be had by the family once you are done with your pictures with hayrides, bounce pillows, and a petting zoo. My family really enjoys this farm and I am sure it will become a family tradition for you as well!
Just finished up Rebecca and Devon’s pictures from their pumpkin patch mini session. They are both so adorable and had a great time at the pumpkin patch. Mom and Dad even joined in and we got some fun family shots too. I love capturing the interaction between a family. Here are my favorites from last Friday.
This is the first of a few pumpkin patch blogs that I will be sharing over the next few days. It was absolutely perfect weather for a day of pumpkin patch pictures! Well at least for Central Florida that is. It didn’t rain spontaneously and it was low humidity so I call that a win for mid-October! It also didn’t make it miserable for the kids to be dressed up in their fall colored outfits which typically include long sleeves or jeans. I must say that all of the kids looked absolutely adorable in their pumpkin patch outfits too!
Madeline was too cute in her outfit and she had fun checking out the pumpkins. Here are a few of my favorites from her mini session.
Finally I decided it was way overdue that we have our own complete family session. I can count on one hand how many photos of all five us we have. Four of those five pictures include someone making a goofy face and the other is blurry with a flash taken by another family member’s camera. Don’t get me wrong, I am constantly taking pictures of my girls, or my girls with daddy, but none including me. Why? Simply, I am always behind the camera. Everyone is intimidated by my camera and I have a hard time letting it go, haha. It was time to have something to look back at and show we are a family of five in this moment of time. I really don’t want my girls looking back at all of their pictures wondering where mommy was.
I enlisted my mom’s help, had her be my human tripod, and told her just to keep taking pictures. It was quite the ordeal. If one child wasn’t crying the other was. My girls can be quite dramatic! Then there is always my husband who has to throw in a few crazy faces into the mix. I definitely busted out laughing a few times while I was scrolling through the memory card. I knew somewhere in those pictures there was at least one or two of everyone looking in the right direction and not crying. It worked and I had quite a few to work with. Of course I made my girls pose for me too and we had a complete session out in one of my favorite fields.
I was happy to capture Quinn and her family celebrate her 1st Birthday at Baldwin Park in Orlando, Florida. She was surrounded by friends and family who love and adore her. Her mommy and daddy created a fun party decorated in raspberry pink and green decorations. Quinn was definitely on the move and was happy to play and run during her entire party. Here are a few of my favorite pictures from her party. We were so lucky the rain held off for the party!
